1.5 cup soy beverage - original fortified

1.) Place all ingredients into blender. 2.) Cover and blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. 3.) Pour into tall glasses and serve. 4.) Cheers!

3 tablespoon lemon juice - freshly squeezed

0.5 cup yogurt - plain stirred

2 tablespoon honey
