Notes/Comments: This appetizer is wonderful when vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil are at their best.

1 lb sourdough baguette - loaf

1.) Cut the baguette into 32 slices. Place on an ungreased baking sheet; spritz bread with nonstick cooking spray. 2.) Bake at 325 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, artichokes, basil, oil, seasoned salt and pepper. Spoon onto bread slices. 3.) Enjoy!

2 cup tomato - chopped and seeded

1 can artichoke - (14 oz.), water-packed,rinsed,drained,chopped

2 basil - minced, fresh

2 tablespoon olive oil

0.5 teaspoon salt - seasoned
